At Penilee Nursery we encourage parents to become involved in our nursery sessions. We invite parents/carers to join our 'Stay and Play' days where you can come and see what your child has been learning about and take part in the experiences that are on offer. This is a chance for your child to show you what they have been learning and the acheivements they have made.
At Penilee we run family learning sessions through the PEEP learning together programme. The aim of these sessions is to support parents and children to learn together and for parents to make the most of everyday learning opportunities with their child.
We will focus on a variety of different topics from personal, social and emotional development to early literacy. This is an opportunity for you and your child to engage in books and stories, songs and rhymes, talk time, and most of all – to have fun
We hold fundraising events in the nursery to raise funds for resources for the children. We are always looking for help to support these events.
